Robin Hills from EI4Change talks about Emotional Intelligence
The next meeting of the NAMC will be on Saturday the 5th December 2009 where Robin Hills, an expert on Emotional Intelligence will talk on using the concept to good effect in networking and related activities.
Robin describes Emotional Intelligence as
"an individual's capacity to understand and control their own emotions, and to recognise and manage those of others."
He has recently given a similar presentation to the OUBS MBA Alumni Association which went down very well, engaged people and provoked quite a bit of discussion, so hopefully we will have a good meeting. You can find further information about Robin from his website http://www.ei4change.org.uk.
